DTH Drilling Rig
DTH drilling rigs built and supplied from Bhilwara, Rajasthan: truck, crawler and tractor mounted, and underground production machines.
DTH drilling rigs for blast holes in quarries and mines, and an underground DTH production drilling machine, built to order in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
Blast holes are drilled so that rock can be broken with explosives. A DTH (down-the-hole) hammer works at the bottom of the hole, which keeps drilling fast and the hole straight in hard rock, so it is a standard method in quarries and mines.
We build crawler mounted DTH rigs for surface work and an underground DTH production drilling machine for underground mines.
Tracked rigs for quarries, mines and rough ground.
115 mm to 165 mm holes with a 150 metre capacity.
Control panels, spares and repair to keep rigs working.
The holes you drill most often.
Surface quarry, open pit or underground drift.
The compressed air and power available on site.

DTH drilling rig mounted on a truck for fast moves between borewell sites.

Tracked DTH drilling rig for rough, uneven ground, quarries and sites where trucks cannot go.

Tractor mounted drilling rig: a lower-cost carrier for farm borewells and smaller contractors.
DTH stands for down-the-hole. A hammer sits at the bottom of the drill string and strikes the rock directly while the rig rotates the string, so the hole is drilled quickly even in hard rock. DTH rigs are widely used for water borewells, quarries and mining blast holes.
It depends on the model. For example, our underground DTH production drilling machine drills 115 mm to 165 mm holes with a 150 metre capacity. For other rigs, send us your requirement and we will confirm the specifications for that machine.
