DTH Drilling Rig
DTH drilling rigs built and supplied from Bhilwara, Rajasthan: truck, crawler and tractor mounted, and underground production machines.
Tracked DTH drilling rigs for quarries, mining, construction sites and rough ground, built and serviced at our Bhilwara workshop.
A crawler mounted rig sits on tracks, so it can climb, turn and work where a truck cannot go. The tracks spread the weight, which helps on soft ground, and the compact footprint helps in tight spots.
Crawler rigs are widely used for blast hole drilling in quarries and mines, for foundation and anchor holes on construction sites, and for borewells on difficult terrain.

Foundation, anchor and slope work on roads, dams and buildings.
Borewell work on steep, uneven or soft ground.
The sizes you drill most often.
Rock type and how rough the site is.
A crawler rig is usually carried between distant sites on a trailer.

Tractor mounted drilling rig: a lower-cost carrier for farm borewells and smaller contractors.
DTH stands for down-the-hole. A hammer sits at the bottom of the drill string and strikes the rock directly while the rig rotates the string, so the hole is drilled quickly even in hard rock. DTH rigs are widely used for water borewells, quarries and mining blast holes.
We build rigs on different carriers: truck mounted, crawler mounted and tractor mounted. We also supply underground DTH production drilling machines. Tell us your depth, hole size and ground conditions and we will suggest the right type.
It depends on the model. For example, our underground DTH production drilling machine drills 115 mm to 165 mm holes with a 150 metre capacity. For other rigs, send us your requirement and we will confirm the specifications for that machine.
